STEP 1
Thoroughly hand-wash the exfoliating mitt using only hot water. Do not use soap or other products on the mitt or your body. Softening the skin is key to the exfoliation process; therefore, stay under the hot water for at least 5 to 10 minutes.
STEP 2
Once the mitt is fully wet, slip it onto your hand. Step away from the water stream and glide the mitt firmly back and forth to remove dead skin cells. Avoid the eye area and sensitive regions. STEP 3
Rinse your body to remove the loosened dead skin cells. If you wish to use soap or shower gel, apply them gently. After bathing, apply a body moisturizer for even better results!
